President & Founder of iCLAT Solutions

iCLAT Solutions, LLC is a national CLT consulting firm. The name "iCLAT" is a registered trademark for a well-established (but rarely used) type of charitable planning strategy that is known as a "reversionary" charitable lead annuity trust. Over the years, Brad and his team have worked with 100s of individuals, attorneys, accountants, financial planners, charities, DAF sponsors, and fiduciaries in the proper design, drafting, establishment, and administration of iCLATs.

Brad is also a practicing Florida attorney, with over 20 years of experience in the areas of complex estate planning, business law, probate, trust administration, charitable planning, and tax law. It is Brad's unique dual expertise as a practicing estate planning attorney and a charitable giving consultant is largely why he is a sought-after expert by charities, philanthropic families, financial planners, accountants, family offices, and other attorneys.

Brad received his undergraduate degree in Marketing from Florida State University, his law degree from the University of Florida College of Law, and his master of taxation degree (LLM) from the University of Miami School of Law.

Brad is a frequent speaker at national and regional Charitable Planning conferences and seminars. He is a recognized national expert on charitable lead trusts and other charitable planning strategies. Brad is the immediate Past President and Board Member of the Charitable Gift Planners of Central Florida.

During Brad's law school years at the University of Florida (1997 and 1998), he had the privilege of working directly with the Sr. VP of Major Gifts and Development in the creation of many customized planned giving recommendations for UF's strategic donors. This invaluable experience was the pivotal time when Brad first learned charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts, life estate agreements, and deferred compensation charitable planning strategies - all before he started practicing law in Florida!
